With the M99 MINI PRO25, Supernova is the first manufacturer to launch an approved high beam for bicycles. High beam is one of the most important innovations in the bicycle lighting industry since the new legislation. In addition to the literal range, high beam offers enormous illumination and increases the safety factor many times over. For the first time, approved bicycle lights offer illumination for unclear terrain, where the cyclist can see hanging branches, signs, junctions and poorly visible pedestrians more quickly - no matter how steep and winding the trail! The Supernova high beam has an extremely wide beam angle. This enables excellent perception of the surroundings, which is what makes the other advantages described below possible in the first place.
Dipping of the suspension fork
The problem is particularly well known with MTBs: These often have long suspension travels that dip, especially during braking, so that the headlight range is sometimes reduced by up to 90%. Supernova's special high beam is optimised to provide a particularly large amount of light above the cut-off line, so that fork movement is compensated and visibility is maintained. The M99 reflector's high beam has a 56% wider beam angle than other comparable headlights. On the approach to the trail in town, glare-free riding is possible in low beam mode. As soon as needed, the high beam can be switched on at the touch of a button.
Cornering illumination
When the cyclist enters a bend, the low beam, which is sharply limited at the glare horizon, tilts to the side with him, so that only part of the path ahead is illuminated. The greatly increased luminosity of the main beam shines far beyond the glare horizon and creates a glow into the curve. This results in a much improved illumination of the path when cornering and thus an enormous increase in safety for the cyclist.

MonkeyLink is a revolutionary new connection standard for mechanical and electrical accessories on e-bikes. It allows you to mount the light in no time at all without having to plug in a cable. This makes retrofitting and converting lights on MonkeyLink-ready bikes a breeze. Of course, there is also an anti-theft function for continuous use.
